Description
The Sidama region is one of Ethiopia’s most important and respected coffeeproducing areas. Located in southern Ethiopia, it sits at high elevations (typically 1,500–2,200+ meters above sea level), with fertile soil, consistent rainfall, and ideal temperatures for growing high-quality Arabica coffee. Coffee in Sidama is primarily grown by smallholder farmers, often on small garden plots around homes.
Characteristics:Vibrant and clean acidity, silky body, with notes of white grape, honey and undertone of toast. Juicy aftertaste. Balanced.
